Protection applies in Türkiye and in contracting states under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights, Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property, the Berne Convention and the TRIPS Agreement.
Copying, reproducing, publishing, distributing, translating, using for commercial purposes or creating derivative works from all or part of the content without permission is prohibited.
Scraping with automated tools, building datasets, training artificial intelligence models, publishing content on other websites or marketplaces, presenting product images as your own products and creating a near-identical copy of our site are strictly prohibited.
Where quotation is required, attribution is mandatory; attribution alone does not make unauthorised use lawful.
Unauthorised use is regularly detected through content fingerprinting, image matching, copy tracking and search engine scans. Where an infringement is detected, removal of the content is requested first.
If the removal request is not complied with, all legal and criminal remedies will be pursued, including criminal complaints under Article 71 of Law No. 5846, compensation claims (up to three times the fee) under Article 68, actions for damages for unfair competition and trademark infringement, precautionary measures and requests to block access to the content.
Notifications are made to hosting providers and access-blocking authorities under Law No. 5651, and removal requests are submitted to search engines. All judicial, attorney and detection costs arising from the infringement are claimed from the infringing party.
Organisations wishing to use our content may send a written permission request stating the scope and duration to info@yuzeytek.com. Requests are answered within 5 business days at the latest.
Those who detect an infringement or wish to notify us may reach us at the same address. Notifications should include the link to the content, the nature of the infringement and contact details.
