Silicone and EPDM grommet plugs that seal cable and pipe pass-throughs: round, oval and custom-profile types for leak-tight transitions.
Grommet plugs close the opening where cables and pipes pass through sheet metal, blocking both paint ingress and damage from sharp edges. Round, oval and custom profiles cover every cross-section.
The outer rim seats on the sheet while the inner body grips the cable, and nothing is left behind on removal. The silicone option withstands up to 260 °C, while EPDM gives long life in chemical and outdoor conditions.

For a grommet plug, the sheet thickness, hole diameter and cable diameter matter together. The rim seats on the sheet and the inner body grips the cable; if one dimension is off, the plug either falls out or crushes the cable.
Oval and rectangular sections seat better than round plugs in narrow profile transitions. The silicone option stays flexible at high temperature, while EPDM gives long life in water and outdoors. On a paint line it also covers sharp edges, so it seals and protects at the same time.
