Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by YÜZEYTEK Yüzey Teknolojileri as data controller within the scope described below.
The controller’s address, telephone and e-mail address are listed under “Publisher information” below.
Identity (name), contact (phone, e-mail, address), customer transaction (company, product, project and quotation details) and transaction security (IP, cookie records, logs) data may be processed.
Data is collected through website forms, e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp correspondence and cookies, in electronic or physical form.
Data is processed to respond to requests, run quotation and contract processes, provide products and services, manage customer relations, ensure site security and comply with legal obligations.
The legal grounds are the establishment or performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and explicit consent under Article 5 of the KVKK. Marketing messages are based on explicit consent.
Personal data may be transferred to our hosting, e-mail, accounting, payment and analytics providers to the extent required by the service. Transfers to competent authorities are made where required by law.
Cross-border transfers are not made without the appropriate safeguards required by Article 9 of the KVKK.
Data is retained for the periods required by the relevant legislation and the processing purpose. At the end of those periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Retention and erasure operations are carried out in accordance with our personal data retention and destruction policy.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction, to learn the third parties to whom it is transferred and to claim compensation for damages.
