Test gaskets are silicone and EPDM parts used to show whether a product leaks during sealing and pressure testing. The soft body seats on the tested surface without marking it and gives the same result again and again.
We make gaskets to your dimensions, cross-section and hardness; the silicone option withstands up to 260 °C, while EPDM gives long life in chemical and outdoor conditions. For block gaskets and custom profiles we also prepare the mould.
A test gasket shows whether a seal or pressure test leaks. The key selection inputs are the cross-section of the tested surface, the clamping force needed for sealing and the chemical nature of the medium in contact.
A silicone gasket stays flexible across a wide temperature range, while EPDM gives long life in water, steam and outdoor conditions. Because the section does not deform, the same test rig can be validated again and again. We prepare the mould for non-standard sections.
