Stepped plugs can be used in two stages in all kinds of flat or threaded holes. While masking with one step, it offers the possibility to use the other step as a pull. Stepped plugs are cylindrical flat and equal sizes, providing perfect masking for double-sided holes.
Stepped plugs are made from silicone materials. These plugs come in various diameters and stepped structures. Thanks to the flat structure of stepped plugs, they prevent steam and liquid leakage by being pulled tight in masking holes on cataphoresis coated parts, while preventing powder paint accumulation with non-overflow structure in threads.
Material: Manufactured in our factory with our own formula silicone compounds and special activators in varying hardness (50-80 ShoreA) depending on diameters.
Post Cure: After production, it is subjected to final curing (postcure) process for 4 hours in our special ovens.
