Technical information and usage areas
All our products are manufactured in our facility with special recipes and quality certifications (ISO 9001:2015, RoHS, REACH).
Hook Cleaning Ovens thermally decompose paint on metal in an oxygen-deficient atmospheric environment through a process called pyrolysis.
Pyrolysis is the destructive cleaning process of a solid material in an airless environment accompanied by high heat. Our hook cleaning oven does not burn or ignite anything belonging to the part or equipment placed for cleaning.
Controlled Hook Cleaning Oven Operating Principle:
Controlled hook cleaning ovens are basically process ovens operating at temperature (425°C – 485°C) in the primary cleaning chamber.
Our hook cleaning ovens clean: powder paint, wet paint, cataphoresis coating, grease, polish, rubber, plastic, engine blocks, extrusion molds, heat exchangers or other metal parts.
Parts never come into contact with flame!
