Silicone Thread Mask Plug

The silicone thread mask plugs are plugs that are empty with handles, with tapered ends, very easy and fast to use, with a flange part that acts as a seal on the top, providing excellent masking in washing baths and electroplated coatings. The silicone thread mask plugs are masking plugs with high heat and acid resistance.

Raw Material: It is produced in our factory with hardnesses (50 – 80 ShoreA) varying according to the diameters of our Htv silicone rubbers and special activators prepared with our own formula. The silicone thread mask plugs can be produced in any desired hardness.

Color: Production can be made in all requested colors.

Maturation: After production, it is subjected to postcure process for 4 hours in our special ovens.

! Imported Far East products that do not require post-cure and use powder cookers are not suitable for your powder coating curing ovens and painted products and have a shorter service life.

Heat Resistance: -90 / +315 °C
