Silicone Step Plug

With its conical structure at low angles, fixed base diameter and length, the silicone step plug provides successful results in both closing holes and plugging hole mouths. Silicone step plugs offer the possibility to use straight and tapered shapes at the same time. The silicone step plugs are masking plugs with high heat and acid resistance.

Raw Material: It is produced in our factory with hardnesses (50 – 80 ShoreA) varying according to the diameters of our Htv silicone rubbers and special activators prepared with our own formula. Silicone step plug can be produced in any desired hardness.

Color: Production can be made in all requested colors.

Maturation: After production, it is subjected to postcure process for 4 hours in our special ovens.

! Imported Far East products that do not require post-cure and use powder cookers are not suitable for your powder coating curing ovens and painted products and have a shorter service life.

Heat Resistance: -90 / +315 °C
