Silicone Pull Plug

Silicone pull plugs can be used in two stages in all types of straight or threaded holes. One stage can be used for masking while the other stage can be used for pulling. The silicone pull plugs create the perfect masking possibility for cylindrically straight, evenly sized, double-sided holes. These are silicone masking plugs with high heat and acid resistance.

The silicone pull plugs are made of silicone materials. These plugs are available in various diameters and staged structures. Thanks to the flat structure of the silicone pull plugs, they prevent vapor leaks and liquid leaks by pulling tightly to mask the holes on the cataphoresis coated parts, while preventing powder coating accumulation with its non-overflowing structure in gears.

Raw Material: It is produced in our factory with hardnesses (50 – 80 ShoreA) varying according to the diameters of our Htv silicone rubbers and special activators prepared with our own formula. Silicone masking combi plugs can be produced in any desired hardness.

Color: Production can be made in all requested colors.

Maturation: After production, it is subjected to postcure process for 4 hours in our special ovens.

! Imported Far East products that do not require post-cure and use powder cookers are not suitable for your powder coating curing ovens and painted products and have a shorter service life.

Heat Resistance: -90 / +315 °C
