Stages of Mold Manufacturing and CNC Machining
- Receiving the Inquiry:We receive all the information about the product or products you need, detail it with you, and if there is a sample or technical drawing, we offer our offer for design and mold manufacturing.
- Design Phase: We prepare the technical drawings of the material, illustrate them in 2D and 3D, evaluate all dimensions, tolerances and raw material data.
- Order Phase: After all the agreed technical and commercial issues, we make the sample mold based on our mutual agreement, produce the sample product from the dough with the desired properties and present it to your approval.
- Mold Manufacturing Phase:We start multi-cavity mold production in line with the approval received after the sample examination.
- Production Phase: We produce silicone doughs suitable for the recipe of the approved product in our dough section and start production in the specified numbers in our press section.
- Quality Control: The manufactured products are checked by our expert staff and we proceed to the packaging and shipment phase.
