Hanger Cleaning – Paint Removal Ovens

Hanger cleaning ovens degrade paint Ovens

Hanger cleaning ovens ; thermally degrade paint on metal in an atmospheric environment with insufficient oxygen through a process called pyrolysis. Pyrolysis is the effective process of removing solid bit material with high heat in an airless environment. Our hanger cleaning oven does not burn or ignite anything belonging to the parts or equipment placed for cleaning.

During the operation of the hanger cleaning oven, the paint, sedimented oil, accumulated grease and polymer on it with an endothermic reaction are disintegrated by leaving a very small amount of ash, while the gas formed is combined with high oxygen flame in the other combustion chamber and discharged as harmless gas to the environment at approximately 1,200°C.

Paint Removal Ovens;

Paint removal ovens  eliminate the cost of using alternative cleaning methods such as open fire pits, naked flame cleaning, hazardous chemicals, corrosive chemicals and acids, as well as the environmental hazards that may occur due to their disposal.

Working Principle of Controlled Hanger Cleaning Ovens;

KControlled hanger cleaning ovens are basically process ovens operating at a temperature of 425°C – 485°C in a primary cleaning chamber. Our hanger cleaning ovens clean powder coating, wet paint, cataphoresis coating, grease, lacquer, rubber, plastic, engine blocks, extrusion molds, exchangers or other metal parts..

The parts never come into contact with flame;

The purpose of our hanger cleaning ovens is to remove coatings of organic material from the metal so that metal parts can be put back into service or refurbished. The primary heat in our ovens is directed from the inlet flue to a chamber containing a flame. Thus, only high heat is supplied to the working area where the parts are located. The parts never come into contact with the flame.

The materials cleaned in the hanger cleaning oven are organic Htv silicone rubbers that do not contain elements such as lead, mercury, cadmium, chlorine, fluorine and sulphur. If these materials are not present in the organic material, it is not possible for the oven to produce an emission containing any of these components. Ashes considered as waste generated from paint removal are classified as non-hazardous waste with the code 080118 and can be easily used in many areas.
