Masking Caps

Masking caps bare flexible and multi-use masking products made of Htv silicone rubbers prepared with our special formulations for paint shops and silicone rubber facilities. These are silicone masking products that are resistant to permanent temperature of 260 ºC, temporary temperature of 315 ºC, acid and chemicals for a long time and can be used repeatedly.

It provides masking of unwanted parts such as bolts, shafts, etc. to be painted or coated. Silicone masking caps prevent the paint or coating material from spreading to unwanted surfaces on the part to be treated, helping to ensure clean and high quality work.

As we know, when metals are processed from part to whole, some areas need to be protected. There are many fasteners such as various sheet bars, pins, shafts, countersinks, screws, nuts, metal dowels, flanges on the parts while proceeding towards the whole. Silicone masking caps protect unwanted surfaces on parts to be painted and coated from paint.

Our Silicone Masking Caps;

Powder coating, wet painting, cataphoresis coating applications and all electroplated coatings made using hot dip or hot spray method where protection is desired,
It can be used on all bolt – shaft – pipe mouths and threads where paint and coating is not desired.
